Where is she?

My period according to Glow is 3 days late, according to Spot On its 5 days late. I dont think it's going to show this month because I dont have my usual symptoms. Last month I only had 1 day of actual bleeding and the rest was spotting. I took a digital pregnancy test last night after holding my pee for 4 hrs and it came back negative.

Is there a chance the digital was wrong? I'll retest in a few days but this is killing me. I'm starting to worry about my fertility if I'm not pregnant. I also can't afford to see a doc, I'm in the states and just lost my healthcare insurance.

ETA: I'm 25 and not on birth control. I haven't been on BC for 6 months to a year.
