Infant awake and crying

Not sure if this normal. My one month old when awake she either immediately cries or stays quiet for 5 min. Then starts crying because she's uncomfortable with her bloating. This is after she's been fed, nappies changed and even carried around for 20min. I do tummy massage but she cries even more. I get happy when she's sleeping because I get to do stuff. She prefers to be carried around and her every waking hour is her being uncomfortable. I don't know what to do. My Pediatrician said she's bloated/colic and will go away on it's own. And it's quiet hard to make her fall asleep.
