Faint positive on HPT but negative urine test

I took a pregnancy test at home and it was a faint positive. I’ve had all the symptoms there are which I know for a fact aren’t PMS because I missed my period. (I’m very late) I went to planned parent hood and I took a urine test and it was negative. Definitely had me bummed out and confused. Is it too early for the urine tests to be not as sensitive? I haven’t had bleeding nor spotting either this whole time so I couldn’t of had a miscarriage/chemical pregnancy. Has anyone else gotten this?
