So my in-laws offered to come help with baby around due date and once it’s born to help look after my two other kids. My mum can help but Is unable to take holiday from work, has to care for my dad who’s recently gone downhill health wise and not to mention she’s 73! I Was relieved when they said they’d help, I even opted for a section so we have an exact date. They live in Spain so booking flights and being organised etc was needed.

So we speak to them today and they are flying in on the 4th sept and flying out on the 18th sept. I have no set date yet other than baby will be here between 5th and 12th, that’s if they can fit me in then! so that doesn’t leave much time for helping us, I definitely won’t be able to drive and my daughter will have only just started full time school so I’m panicking as I won’t be able to get her there, so I assumed helping would be staying to at least just do the school run until I’m able to. Also they want to fit in visiting their daughter for a few days within that time and she lives 4 hours away!

Is it just me being hormonal and emotional or would you be going nuts too?! Sorry for the long rant but it’s really wound me up!
