Accutane

Hey my dermatologist says it’s time to start working towards accutane because my acne is mostly hormonal and nothing else is really working.

Has anyone been on it before? Tips? What was it like? I’ve only really heard horror stories about people’s faces basically becoming exceptionally dry. It’s supposed to work really well, but I’m really nervous abt it. I’m already on The pill so im good on that end.
