Idk what to do 😢

Hello my lovely ladies, I have an issue not sure why I have missed My period and I don’t know why for 50 days now I have done a blood test a month ago and it was negative in Mexico while I was on the trip. And I thought that I was going to start right after that to get that off my shoulders like I am not pregnant I do have unprotected sex all the time but I doubt I’m pregnant because of the negative blood test. I have been getting really bad acne and bloating and headaches. I have a feelings it’s PCOS has anyone experience this
