flow lighter than usual

Hey all, I’m a dumb dumb but basically my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex about 15 days ago he was only in me for a second and didn’t come at all.. I’ve been so stressed out my period wouldn’t come on time ., it came today but was really light .. I normally have to change my pad within an hour.. it said online stress can make it worse .. or it can be implantation bleeding.. can somebody offer advice?? I am going to take a test once I get home from holiday. I know I’m an idiot I’m 24 and not on any birth control.. I don’t have any other symptoms of early pregnancy.. am I being paranoid?
