Dont want him anymore.

Okay so this is gonna sound so bad but I don't want my bf anymore.. He's done nothing wrong I just can tell he's not the one for me and I don't wanna be with him, I dream and imagine being single, and I love the single life, he's just such a good person I wanna be around him 24/7 and I know if I tell him it's over he's not gonna wanna be anywhere around me, BC I know for a fact he loves me with all his heart, he talks about kids and marriage, but I don't want anything more than friendship. What should I do, how should I break it off with him after 2 years with not even a legit reason?
