Acne/Rash

Has anyone else broken out with acne or some kind of rash with their pregnancy? For me, it’s just my shoulders and ... my butt 🤭 it’s been like this for months! Red, bumpy, kind of like I have a ton of whiteheads and patches of redness all over the place. My doctor prescribed topical Clindamycin but it’s made no difference! He isn’t concerned about it, but it’s meant I can never wear sleeveless tops (and it’s HOT right now in Ohio) and I feel sooo self-conscious. It doesn’t itch, it’s just so ugly. Can anyone relate?! Why is this happening?! I’m having a boy so I wonder if it’s just all the baby boy hormones...
