Should we go to the ER- updated-
Update:
We decided to just go in to be sure. Hes fine thankfully. And if it helps any other mommas out there, they said dry drowning "isnt a thing" its basically the possibility that the airways react to the water and spasm and it closes their airway. Maybe Im not wording it right but her words were that its not where a baby gets water in their lungs and they dont show any signs of not being okay and suddenly die. Its pretty obvious if something is wrong and its usually immediately obvious after the accident. They can/could pass out, vomit, turn blueish, have rapid breathing with deep breaths and continue to cough.
So i felt better going in. And thats my advice to any momma that fears something is wrong. We got to sleep peacefully ♡
Baby went swimming and dad accidentally let him get too low and he got water. He coughed real hard afterwards and had snot running down his face.
So worried
