10 weeks

I'm 10 weeks today and I haven't been to the dr yet. Have been waiting on insurance approval but I'm a bit worried. I haven't had much symptoms since the start just a little nausea but that went away 2 weeks ago. No major pains and no spotting that I know of. This is my first so I'm not sure if this is normal. Think everything is ok with the little one? I'm probably just worrying for nothing but I would like some reassurance if anyone else has had this happen to them.
