Pain in lower abdomen

So, I am not sure if this is the write spot to post this. Anyways, I have the paragard iud, and for the past few days, I’ve been having pains that become so severe in my lower abdomen area that sometimes makes me stop and bend over until the pain eases. It hurts to press on the area along with push. I can’t get into a gynecologist due to a current situation I’m in. Does anyone know what this could be?
