Infected ingrown hair ? TMI

I get ingrown hairs BAD like even months after using a razor .. so I used a razor like a month ago for an emergency and it was kinda a cheap one (I usually use nair) so at first I KNEW it was an ingrown hair because like I said I get these a lot .. but now instead if draining like it usually does it looks like a sore .. it doesn’t itch or burn or even hurt unless my panties are tight on it . (Oh and I never use tweezers to try to get them out but I did this time .. idk if that helps you get a better understanding..?) and this is the only one
