Thoughts?

I recently had unprotected sex on July 17, and I was not great about taking my BC that month and even missed that night. I tricycle my BC though, and at the end of the month I went on the placebo for a week and no period. For 2 weeks or so, my nipples, and now breasts, have been getting progressively more sore and tonight started itching. I know it's not the period, and I've definitely never had this symptom before. It's not clothes or bra, nothing has changed. Is it even remotely possible that I'm pregnant?
