My 16 day old daughter has had a couple of watery blow out diapers today, one that exploded during changing and projectile landed 7 feet across her nursery to both mine and my husband’s surprise! She usually goes 3-4 times a day but has now reached 6 poops today, is this normal or could it be diarrhea? She’s urinated 11 times which is slightly more than normal for her, so I don’t think she’s dehydrated. She is a breastfed baby and has a very concerned first time mommy 😓
