help me!!

I had unprotected sex today, and he came inside of me and i’m on birth control about to start my placebo pills ( i think that’s what they are called ) . I was wondering if this is spotting or if this was his sperm . This was took almost a hour and a half after we had intercourse. I had peed and this was my first wipe. After we had intercourse i immediately wiped myself and i had the same redish type on the napkin. although we had unprotected sex before i never had this happen .
