My baby is 3 weeks and up until loved to nurse! Couldn't get her off me. The last 2 days she is fussing. Breathing really quickly, spitting out my nipple, refusing to latch, latching poorly, coughing. She has also had some tummy issues. She usually poops at almost every feed, but went all night without pooping. Then I woke up to her grunting and squirming, then having a really big poop. Could it be something I ate?? Or my letdown is to quick?? I am new to breastfeeding. I have a doctors appointment Friday I will ask about then.
