Does anyone else find pooping on their period helps cramps...or just me?

Gosh!! My tummy always gets so upset the day before my period starts.. then, the day it starts, it's like I cant stop going.. yeah, it feels so much better after you go!

It definitely does, because it relieves some of the pressure on your stomach!
