cramp solutions????

okay girls so i’ve been getting cramps really bad when my period comes around. i’m trying to find ways to sooth it without getting on medicine, any suggestions???

Baths with epsom salt, and heating pads. Still, even with that, I’m unable to make it through my periods without naproxen. I wish I didn’t have to take medication but after years of suffering I’ve accepted that I just can’t function without it.
