Sex everyday?

Is it okay to have sex everyday. Sometimes 2-3x a day. We've been trying for 2 months. And we've been together for 6 years. We're wanting to have a baby. Was 2 weeks late for my period but started it 3 days ago on the 5th of this month. Any advice?

If you’re TTC, 2-3 times a day can be excessive and have a negative impact on your chances of conceiving. Daily intercourse can cause his body to not produce enough sperm for every ejaculation. If you’ve been having frequent intercourse with no success, I recommend changing it up a bit and having sex every other day during your fertile window!

Best not to have sex multiple times a day when trying to get pregnant. Advised every 24 hrs MAX or every 2nd day. More than that, you're not allowing enough time for the sperm to mature

Once everyday or every other is better. 2-3x is too much he doesn’t have time to replenish his swimmers. Also if he has low sperm count every other day is better.
