Sex everyday?

Is it okay to have sex everyday. Sometimes 2-3x a day. We've been trying for 2 months. And we've been together for 6 years. We're wanting to have a baby. Was 2 weeks late for my period but started it 3 days ago on the 5th of this month. Any advice?

If you’re TTC, 2-3 times a day can be excessive and have a negative impact on your chances of conceiving. Daily intercourse can cause his body to not produce enough sperm for every ejaculation. If you’ve been having frequent intercourse with no success, I recommend changing it up a bit and having sex every other day during your fertile window!
