I had low platelets when I has my c section a week ago. I got out of the hospital last night due to high blood pressure. They thought maybe post partum preeclampsia. Well I got him and started feeling nauseated my abdomen is very sore to the touch and it’s hard to move without hurting but can’t tell if it’s from section or possible internal bleeding? Have lots of blood In urine but that may be from after section? Having nausea, stuff neck and abdominal pain? Help. Should I go back?
