For girls using the cup, what do you do for nights?

I can't have my cup inside more than 8 hours straight, but I sleep 7-10 hours so...I need to buy pads which is not the economic advantage I wanted with the cup XD

I sleep in mine. Why only 8 hours? All the ones I've seen say 12. If you're worried about leakage wear a pad or liner as backup.

You can have your cup in for up to 12 hours.. Just put a pad on in case it gets too full and leaks. Empty it before you go to bed. That’s what I do.

Cloth pads are amazing as cup backup or on their own. Not all brands are equal though, I recommend fleece topped, they stay the most dry. There are lots on Etsy

Is there a reason you can’t wear the cup longer than 8 hours? Most of them you can use up to 12 hours, but personally for hygienic reason I tend to change it out sooner.
