Has anyone successfully gotten pregnant on Femara? Tell me your story!

Started Femara 3 days ago (CD 5-9) I can already feel different things happen (I keep getting sharp twitches in my left ovary and my cervix feels softer than it ever has in my entire 3 yr TTC journey. My CM is still not fertile looking (it usually is by now) so I’m holding off BD’ing. I would just love to hear success stories for ladies with unexplained infertility. (Mine is secondary as my son is almost 5 and conceived on our first try). I don’t have PCOS and all my labs/ ultrasound / HSG looked great. Literally not reasoning at all for this struggle.
