QUAD TEST??

Question

Help does this mean my baby will have Down syndrome? I will love my baby no matter what but I’m just scared 
Someone help me interpret the results.

No it's not telling you it will or wont, it's telling you that you have an increased risk. Your numbers are still relatively low in absolute risk terms. As far as the ultrasound, don't count on it to give you a definite answer either. Unless there are very visible markers it's very hard to give a definite answer. Most likely they'll just continue to give you ultrasounds every 4-2 weeks as you progress. At least that's what happened for me. My chances are 1 in 217. It waa very upsetting but the doctor explained that he personally had experienced the same thing and that yes his daughter had it but it never showed up on the ultrasound but that his son who the said definitely had it was born with out it. I know that's not very comforting but the silver lining is ive been about to see my baby through ultrasound every 2 weeks which is cool and ive gotten a lot of pictures of her to take home 😊. Everything seems fine for her but we wont know for sure until she's born. I know it's hard but try not to worry so much, though they're higher than normal your chances are still relatively low but even if your baby has DS they will still love you and you will still love them 💕

It says theres an increased risk, so that doesnt necessarily mean your baby will be born with Down Syndrome. Your OB will probably want to do some further testing before you know for sure

It says that you are at risk to have a baby with Down syndrome. 
Have you had an anatomy ultrasound yet? That will tell you if he or she is coming with Down syndrome

I believe this is telling you that the baby is Higher risk for DS, however I think the only way for a true diagnosis is via a CVS or Amniocentesis. Even the US can be incorrect. We had a baby with no indicators on the US, but the CVS was conclusive that the baby had DS. The Harmony test identified a 66% chance that the baby would have DS. My understanding is that there can be false positives, but the NIPT tests are very accurate for identifying positive cases.
