Does it mean everything is progressing like normal?

Saw heartbeat at 8.5 weeks. Strong. Does it mean everything is (theoretically) okay if I’m still experiencing some cramping now and then? No bleeding. I just want a little piece of mind. I’m hoping it’s a good sign that uterus is expanding and baby is growing!

Some mild cramping is normal, if it gets very painful(like an actual period or worse) or there's bleeding, you def want to call the dr.

I had crampy feeling almost my whole pregnancy and still do it's just different now as I'm 37 weeks
