Yes! My husband loves giving me oral, and I love giving him oral as well. 
I waited until marriage to have sex and do anything sexual, so to get divorced over that is stupid. Plus, they make sex toys as well for women who have a hard time orgasming with their partner. 
Sex workshops, sex therapists, and books also exist. 
Maybe the other person doesn’t like giving oral. They have every right to decline giving oral, just like the other person can deny oral to them. No one can be forced to do oral as that can turn into a chargeable offense such as sexual assault or battery, depending on the state code and how it is interpreted. 
I wouldn’t ever have sex before marriage or do a thing sexual, nor would I divorce my husband because they didn’t want to perform oral on me. Even if my husband didn’t make me orgasm, there are sex toys that can do that. There is more to my relationship than sex. 
My husband loves to give me oral. He gives me oral before, during, and after sex. He also makes sure I have multiple orgasms before, during, and 2-3 after sex. I also make sure he has 2-3 orgasms as well because 3 is his max in a 4 hour time period.

This was something I was dealing with in my last relationship, he said it wasn’t his “thing” but yet he made it clear how important receiving oral was to him - it’s definitely a dealbreaker for him because I’m almost certain if I refused to do it he wouldn’t cope. To be honest, along with his other narcissistic behaviours, this became a dealbreaker for me. Not because of what I was not receiving, but the principle behind it - it just shows selfishness, lack of consideration and value etc.
