Full feeling... anyone else?

Im 7 weeks according to U/S. I honestly feel so full i could be sick. Evening meal was 5 hours ago but the full feeling starts later and goes right up to under my ribs. Anyone else get this? Dont know if its gas, need the toilet etc but making me feel rotten 🤢
