no period on birth control

hi so i’ve kinda posted about this before but the first month of birth control, i got my period on the first day of placebo, the second month i didn’t want my period so i went straight to the third pack, and the third month i had some breakthrough bleeding during my hormone pills and now my placebo week is over and i haven’t had my period. do you think i’m pregnant or am i just not having my period cuz i’ve has breakthrough bleeding already during my hormone pills?
