ovulation tracking
For those of you who track your cycles; How long before ovulation do you find EWCM? i dont expect to ovulate for another week at least and ive had EWCM all week. I did take an OPK day before yesterday and today to double check the LH surge. I dont want to miss it. But with my long cycles i dont want to waste a ton of OPK'S testing so early.
