Cramping and bloating almost none stop

I was wondering if someone could tell me if this is normal. I recently was told by urgent care I had a bladder infection. The urinalysis came back positive and culture neg. The lower back pain has been so bad. And the bloating makes me feel like I'm going to bust. Not really constipated and I just wiped and it was some bright pinkish/ red spots. Now I'm concerned. I stopped taking birth control in December and my last period was the end of April. Multiple negative pregnancy tests. Anyone else experience this? I don't know who else to talk to? Thanks
