Living with your ex

Im living with my ex who says he doesnt want to be with me or try to work things out but yet we still sleep in the same bed and say i love you only thing is we dont kiss. But then be wil talk about future things and then today says he isnt rushing back into a relationship with me we are just roommates but more like exclusive roomates it seems just really getting to me because i do want to be with him.
