This guy

Okay so I really like this guy who has been my college boo thang for a very long time. We stop talking a year ago and now we are back at it again. I really do want to be with him but here is the problem he lives one hour away from me. I can't believe we are talking again that he decided that he wanted to see me again but idk should I constantly hit him up or should I wait for him to hit me up. He text me this morning saying good morning l, but that is it 😐 what should I do to get him to be on the same level as me ?
