Epidural

I 100% do NOT want an epidural, but im afraid that if im in enough pain, and its offered to me that I may take it.

Is there a way i can ask the doctors/nurses to not even offer or mention it to me?

Im a FTM and 35 weeks! Just want to be prepared.

EDIT:

The only reason I don’t want an epidural is because i already have extreme anxiety of labor, mostly because i don’t know what its like or what will happen and I want to be able to feel everything so I know its all okay.
