I have this Velcro wrap swaddles that I use. Most the time my one month old has his arms out anyways and is out growing them already because of how long he is. Online it says to stop swaddling at 3 months? I was gonna buy more. I was thinking about switching to sleep sacks then but I read somewhere else to stop using them early too.

What are we suppose to do for safe sleep as they get older? I would think he would be to young for a blanket at 3 months. So do we go from swaddles to sleep sacks? And if so, for how long? I'm confused.
