Drinking alcohol while pregnant

I am 4 weeks pregnant and just found out a few days ago. I have a doctors appointment next week and will of course be mentioning all this but I’m just curious if anyone has had any firsthand experience. My boyfriend and I have been out drinking quite often the last two weeks. I’ve had everything from beer to wine and cocktails. I don’t normally drink but of course just bad timing. I’m terrified I ruined this pregnancy. I don’t have any children and this wasn’t necessarily planned but we are excited at the possibility of being parents. Please help!
