I had NIPT drawn at 10+6 with no results. They were redrawn at 11+6 and I just found out today the same thing happened again. They sent me to genetic counseling as was informed a third time isn’t done when this happens twice. They also informed me this could may indicate a chromosomal abnormality. Has this happened to anyone? My NT screen was normal and they offered the first trimester screen (I’m 40) as an alternative. Any experiences and/or outcomes with this?
