How to go vegan?

Hi everyone, I just joined this group so I apologise in advance if there is already a topic like this.
I've been thinking of going vegan for a while now. I don't like meat and honestly don't believe I would miss it. I also would like to lose some weight as I gained a bit after having my son. 
I just don't know where to start or what sort of meals to eat. I'm completely clueless when it comes to food and I need meals that aren't too time confusing and that I could prepare and freeze. 
Do you mind sharing your favourite vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner meals so I can get some ideas ☺️
