Help! Should I be concerned?

I ended my last period exactly 2 weeks ago, and almost a week after I ended I started spotting dark blood (black/brown). I’m guessing it’s black/brown because it’s just old blood leftover from my last period. The “spotting” hasn’t stopped since and it’s not as heavy as a light period but I would still have to wear a liner. It’s recently starting to come out red like normal period blood but I was wondering if I should be concerned? My next period isn’t supposed to come until around end of next week, I’m not sure why I’ve been bleeding since my last period
