11 +6 with twins. Question

I’ve been getting random chest pain, gasses, nausea, back ache, and headaches. For anyone that had twins, how long did these kind of symptoms last for you? I can’t imagine what’s to come when I feel like this so early on. Sometimes I feel like I’m not capable and I won’t make it. I feel so scared. I haven’t gained any weight either cuz I cant eat much. 😞 I just feel so down
