PANICKING OVER HERE

So I got the Skyla IUD in a year ago and I was a virgin with everything and still had my regular periods every month until recently. I had my period the week before I lost my virginity. We used a condom and we were being safe and I never got my period for July so I took a test after it being a week late and it was negative. I still have yet to have a period or spotting but the weird thing is I get random cramps and cravings about 1-2 times a week. I took another test at the end of July and that one was also negative. Is this normal? Seriously worried...

I had sex on June 21st and never got a period in July and still haven’t started for August.

Every time I get those cramps like once or twice a week I have brown creamy discharge 🙄
