Short Cervix Help

Hi Ladies , I am just looking for some advise I'm an ex NICU mum, my son was born at 27 weeks due to a placenta abruption, my daughter came at 35 weeks due to shorter cervix... I'm pregnant with my third and after a scan yesterday my cervix is only 1.6cm they wont do the stitch and only offered progesterone pessaries, I'm only 24+3 and just looking for some advise/ how long you were able to keep your babies before delivery, at this point I'm preparing myself for another NICU baby
