Evaporation line or positive?

Okay so, kinda a long story!

I have the UDI ( Coil) but I couldn't feel the strings so God knows how long they've been missing. So went to the doctors they checked they also couldn't find it. They referred me for a scan, which is 15 days away.

I started to feel sick, my stomach is bloated ( I'll attach a picture below) just other pregnancy symptoms to be honest. So I done a test and come back like this ( tests below)

Do you think it's evaporation line or a positive?

I also added a picture of me before my stomach started to bloat.

Do you think it's worth buying another test?
