My periods !!

So here’s my dilemma I need help with. On jul 19 I had sex with condom. The paranoid side of me took a plan b just to be extra cautious even tho no cum came inside me. On jul 30 I got my period a week early. It lasted for like five days and felt normal. Now to a week later when I should’ve gotten my period I wake up to cramps and blood. I should let y’all know I went back on the pill but got off it so only took like three days worth. I’m sure that has something to do with the bleeding. Am I getting myself paranoid or am I fine? Please tell me I’m not pregnant. Thanks.
