As much as I can! Feeling sick in this first trimester, but still trying to go 6x a week.

I go for walks with my dog every now and then but I don't have a set schedule and we don't always go every week. But I also do a lot around my house every day cleaning, organizing/reorganizing, picking up the yard, etc.

I was actually doing squats when my water broke! I was pretty active before I got pregnant and tried to maintain a modified workout regiment throughout. At 26 weeks my doctor told me to stop running, so I started yoga instead. My midwife was surprised with how quickly and easily I pushed my daughter out. She said most first time moms have a much harder time. Then she mentioned that because I kept working out, it helped keep my muscles strong enough for labor and delivery. If I have another baby, I’m going to do my best to continue with my squats!

I worked out before I was pregnant and was only able to workout from week 14-25 because I was sick in the first trimester then I had horrible pelvic pain. But I did yoga up until the end.
