Induction at 39 Weeks

Just got back from my 37 week appointment, and was informed they want to induce me at 39 weeks. I know this is to make sure I don’t develop preeclampsia but I was caught off guard and cried like a baby. I really don’t want to be induced, I’m terrified of needing a C Section. I know it’s all for the good of the baby and I’ll do anything to make sure she’s healthy but I’m just upset 😩. Thankfully I’m a centimeter dilated and had a few contractions during my NST so hopefully she’ll come on her own. Operation get baby out naturally starts now.
