Do any of you still take prenatal vitamins ? If so are you on bc and is it okay to still take them I have the nexplanon but I still have some left

I take them, but mostly because I’m still breastfeeding (though not exclusively). Not on BC, but that’s just a personal preference. My body needs the extra vitamins, also I still consider this time essential for post baby healing.

Prenatals are just vitamins so they should be fine to take with bc. I was told to take them by my doctor years before I even wanted a kid when I was borderline anemic. I was also on bc at the time

I still take mine because I think they really helped with my hair. My hair got so thick during pregnancy and I never experienced postpartum hair loss and I really think it was the vitamins.
Also the ones I have you can take on an empty stomach. I don’t eat breakfast all I have is coffee in the morning and I would probably forget to take my vitamins if I had to wait until I eat. So I just stuck with a vitamin where I could keep the same routine.
