Hate to be this person

Hate to be one of these people but things are odd this cycle. I've tested negative this far, starting yesterday ive had very mild aching cramps, they come and go and are even more mild today. My period is supposed to come today and still nothing yet (granted its only 10am where i live) is it possible implantion is happening? I normally get cramps before AF but they are never mild, they are ALWAYS intensely painful right from the start. That's what's throwing me for a loop.
