37w2d (FTM)

So I have 2 offices I go to, my regular OB, and then my high risk ultrasound place (MFM).

WEEKS ago MFM mentioned the possibility of induction at 39 weeks due to baby measuring big. It wasn’t brought up to me again, until today my regular OB mentioned how big my son was at 36 weeks and said he was concerned about him being 10+ pounds, etc.

My OB is like, well, we need the OK from MFM before scheduling an induction. And I was like okay well I have an appointment with MFM next week. I leave, call MFM, and they’ve cancelled my appointment 🤦‍♀️

They’re like oh no, we don’t recommend inductions, that’s up to your OB. And then the nurse caught an attitude with me. Of course, the doctor won’t get on the phone with me, it’s just the nurse and the receptionist. And they won’t schedule a follow up appointment for me.
