My daughter takes forever when breastfeeding

My daughter takes atleast 45 minutes to feed... and she wants to feed every 2 hours..

Im slowly going insane. I love breastfeeding and love my daughter to bits. But i can never really get anything done or go anywhere because i only have 1 hour intervals. Any other moms out there in the same boat?? Its also hard to get her to nap for long periods because it takes so long to feed her. Sometimes i pump and just give her what i pumped as it takes me way less time to give her a bottle then i get almost 2 full hours. Do any other moms give there baby a bottle of breastmilk instead of nursing?
