Prenatals making me sick 😫

Celeste

I’ve realized that a ton of my nausea is being caused by my prenatals. Has anyone experienced this? Did switching to a different brand help? I want baby to get fetus food, but I also want to not die.

I like these because of the ginger in it. It's helped me but everyone is different.

Yeh mine made me feel sick until I took the important vitamins all separately rather than in one 'prenatal' pill. It turned out cheaper! I also always take them with breakfast.

Yessss! I started out with prentatls from Costco that we’re capsules and they’d make me so sick, even if taken right before bed. But then my OBGYN recommended taking some that are pure prenatal vitamins & now I no longer get sick!

Take them right before you go to sleep.

My doctor said it was okay to stop taking them for a little while when mine were affecting me. I also found taking them right before bed helped. I tried switching to gummies and now those make me sick instead of my pills, waste of money honestly lol

Gummies helped me. Taking them right before bed helps as well. When it was really bad with my second, I got a prescription from my doctor and it was so much better, but they were expensive 😬

I switched to gummies because the pills made me dry heave.

I had the same thing in the first trimester, so I switched from taking them in the morning to right before bed and literally that next day and on absolutely no nausea at all.
